I set up group workshops with specific topics starting from the delicate and "troubled" middle school, on which I have written a book:
School Counselling: Aims and Objectives up to university. I teach students to listen to their emotions and express them in a gentle and peremptory manner. I organise listening counters for teenagers so that they have a neutral, non-judgmental space in which to talk, grow and in which they cultivate the habit of relying on a professional in case of difficulty. I help teenagers orient themselves according to their own aptitudes and expectations.
